Commission Terms
of service:

How it works

- You reach out with a commission request via Instagram DMs or email.
- We discuss the commission elements, delivery time and the pricing.
- I send you the Invoice via email and you place the order through your preferred Payment method by paying upfront.
- Once I finish the sketch, I reach out to you for you to revise it. At this stage, you can request two-three minor changes in the sketch.
- When the sketch is approved, I move onto the coloring part. Changes requested after I start coloring will cost additional charges.
- I can decline a commission request for various reasons.
- Delivery time may vary from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the type of commission or the order queue.

Payments and Refunds

- Payments are accepted upfront (Full/ 50%)
- I DO NOT start working on the commission unless the payment is done.
- In case of 50% upfront payment, I DO NOT proceed to coloring without receiving the remaining 50%.
- For any major changes in the artwork, you will be requested to pay additional charges.
- There will be no refund after I have already accepted the commission and the upfront payment is done.
- If I cannot complete the commission or cancel it, I will refund the money back to you.

Usage Rights

- I own all rights to the artwork and can post WIPS and the finished artwork in my social medias and my portfolio.
- The prices listed are for personal use only. Personal use includes any non-commercial use that does not include redistributing the artwork in exchange of/without exchange of money.
- Commercial use is only allowed for commissions ordered specifically for commercial purposes. In that case, additional prices may vary depending on the type of commercial use.
- Commercial or non-commecial use DOES NOT allow use of artwork for AI, NFT, Cryptocurrency etc.
